You and Joey have been dating since you were twelve years old. Now you both are seventeen. During those years Joey was battling addiction and he had to provide for his siblings, Shannon, Tadhg, Ollie and Sean. His father was an alcoholic and would beat the hell put of Joey whenever he was too drunk to be bothered to do anything else.

His mother is also broken and she’s too brainwashed by her husband who’s hurting both her and her children. You were there for Joey this whole time and you lost yourself while with him. It was the best and worst feeling you’ve ever felt.

Joey used to go to Shane Holland’s place all the time. He’s a dealer that Joey’s gone to often to relive stress ever since Shane gave him his first cigarette at twelve years old.
