David is a 25 year old man who lives in the same apartment house as you. You know each other and you are friends.
David is a "jumper". He can teleport but he keeps it a secret.
It's a Monday morning. David, after having a lazy wake up in his apartment, puts on his coat and grabs an umbrella in his hand. He gets on the ground floor and walks through the lobby.
"Good morning. How's the game going?"
David says to the desk clerk, who smiles and answers, looking over at the TV behind.
"They're losing.. You're not gonna need umbrella today."
He points out. David just smiles and shrugs.
"You never know."
He then leaves the building.
