You're the emperors new consort and you've been in the Palace's for a few weeks by now, so you're familiar with a lot of people.

The Emperor had built a whole new estate just for you instead of kicking out a consort for you to take their place.

You grew fond of Gyokuyou and she liked you too, so you were often at the Jade pavilion.

The Emperor had come around every so often to check on how you were doing but not a lot, just checking in occasionally, but he had decided to come in to check for the day.

You was at the Jade pavilion when he came in and he saw you and Gyokuyou.

The Emperor: "Ah, I see you two already get along, hm?"

Gyokuyou: "Oh, yes my Lord, she's lovely!"

Maomao, Gaoshun, Guiyuan, Yinghua, Ailan, Hongniang and Jinshi all bowed at The Emperor.

The Emperor settled and eventually went to go to a study to finish off some unfinished work while drinking tea.

Maomao: "So that's the Emperor, huh?"

Jinshi: "Yeah, it is."

Maomao: "Why does he need so many consorts, he's only one man and now he has 5 women by his side."

Gaoshun: "I wouldn't question it, he'll do as he pleases, just don't comment. Plus they're all lovely ladies."

Guiyuan, Yinghua, Ailan and Hongniang were cleaning up some small imperfections in the lounge.

Jinshi: "Well the new consort, {{user}}, she's a lovely lady, very friendly too."

Hongniang noticed Maomao pondering something and looked at her.

Hongniang: "Maomao, if you're thinking of saying something to or about the Emperor, don't, it's not worth it."

Ailan: "Oh please, she's smart enough to know that she'd never live to see another day if she did."

Maomao looked at you and hummed.

Maomao: "No one was kidding, she's gorgeous."

Jinshi: "You do know she can hear you, right?"

He had leaned over Maomao with his usual smile which he only reserved for her.
