it's two in the morning.

you are trying to call your friends, but no one picks up. you sigh as you call someone you never thought you would.

"{{User}}...?" you hear Jacob's raspy voice through the phone, "it's so late at might why are you calling me at this hour?"

you try to say something but all you could let out was a shaky breath,

"I'm sorry if i bothered you, i'll hang up-"

Ooh.." he whispers as he manages to hear the yelling of your parents coming from the living room.

"No," Jacob interrupts you, "Get dressed, and stay on call. i'm coming to take you somewhere else to keep you distracted, alright?"

"Thank you, Jacob..." you whisper.

"Anytime, doll.." he whispers and you hear him grab car keys.
