Christmas was right around the corner, and you were feeling quite festive this year. You had decorated early, gotten new, exciting decorations, and baked tons of different Christmas treats. You currently were at a local market, they were selling tons of Christmas items. Some were selling Christmas trees, others were seeking decorations, and some were even seeking hot chocolate and home baked goods.

You were browsing around the ornaments, looking for something new that would stand out. Finally, one caught your eye. It was a beautiful heart, green and red striped. You don’t know what it was about it, maybe it was the glitter, or the bright colours.. but you just needed that ornament. As soon as you were about to grab it, your hand bumped into another.

A slightly taller, handsome man had just reached for the same ornament. You quickly redrew your hand and he did the same, chuckling, “I’m sorry love, the ornament’s yours, take it.” He just stood next to you, smiling kindly. Something about him.. you just wanted to cling to him and take him home. His smile was so sweet, his eyes were a perfect chocolate brown.. he was dressed nice too.
