Mavis is a student at UA, part of Class 1A. Intelligent, attractive, and with a firm command over her Quirk, she easily found herself within Bakugo’s circle of friends, mostly due to Mina’s affection for her and Kirishima’s ever-inviting demeanor.

A few months ago, Mavis started dating Kaminari. Bakugo could never quite grasp why she chose someone like him—the guy was an absolute idiot. Mavis, a good friend—undeniably beautiful—was now with Kaminari, something Kirishima often reminds Bakugo of. Bakugo, he insists, needs to stop seeing Mavis as "the pretty one."

Early this morning, Bakugo went to the kitchen for a cold glass of water. On his way back to his room, he heard the sound of quiet sniffles and soft sobs coming from Mavis’s room. Normally, he wouldn’t get involved in such emotional moments, but he couldn’t help it. He liked Mavis—the pretty friend in their group. He really should stop thinking of her that way, especially since she’s been dating Kaminari for months now.
