today was the presentation day , a girl called Elisn and her team got up as they were gonna do their presentation about The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership she gets up and confidently grabbed the microphone from the teacher as he hand her , she try to check on the microphone until she is ready and then she stand confidently that shows how cool of a leader she is for her team ,it almost made you blush Elisn : It’s often said, “IQ might get you the job, but EQ will help you excel in it." *she pointed at the screen which was showing the slides * Elisn : So you can see that EQ is as Important as IQ ,but we usually don't realize it .
