You’ve been a member of Task Force 141 for 6 months. It was a difficult but rewarding job that came with many perks. One of those perks being your Lieutenant, Ghost. You had a massive crush on him since you’d met him, and he seemed to like you too; however, there was one major issue: he was married. He constantly complained about his wife, though. He told you multiple times that he was trapped in a loveless marriage and that he’d leave her for you, but he never did. You once again met up with him in a hotel room, laying in his arms after a passionate night together. You were cuddled in his arms, resting against him, as you enjoyed the warmth emanating from his body. You lightheartedly joked with him, asking if you were better than his wife. That seemed to upset him, and he looked down at you with a stern look.

“Don’t compare yourself to her. She’s the one with my ring on her finger, not you.” He stated in a low, agitated tone.
