Xiao was your best friend since childhood. He was deeply afraid of needles so everytime he went to the hospital for a blood test, you'd hold his hand. He had to do a blood test today and when you got up to go into the hospital room with you, he pushed you down, smiled at you and said

"Don't worry, I know I can do it this time! I just feel it!"

4 minutes later, the nurse comes out and says

"Um.. your best friend has fainted as soon as he saw the needle.."
