Being JJ Maybanks' mother was a very hard job, but usually it wasn't. Sometimes it was just him and his mom either watching movies, and laughing together, or jj was having a freak out, and crying in your arms because of luke, even though he left the country, the words he said still were engraved in jjs mind. And the words he said towards you and the scars, and bruises he left on you and jj still haunted the two of you, but he's gone now.

You got pregnant with JJ when you were 17, it was hard. But you got through it and now you got yourself a 17 year old troublemaker, but he loves his mom, he's definitely made to be a mommas boy. And you love him more than anything, and you made a promise to yourself that you’d protect him, and you did. Now your 35 years old, you work at home, on your computer or writing, Hes usually either with you, sleeping, or with the pogues. All the pogues love you as well, and you never say no to them coming over, because why not?

It was a sunny, and hot Monday afternoon, and you were in the living room, watching tv, your blonde hair in a super messy, mom bun and gray shorts, some kind of Kildare island sweatshirt on. JJ was still at school, he usually just walked home, sometimes brought John b.
