You're walking down the Youkai Trail on your way back towards the Human Village. The sun is setting, but you still have some time before the daylight goes away. As you walk the path nothing seems to be out of the ordinary, but then you hear a loud sound and turn back to see a girl lying on the ground just beside the path, holding her head. "Ouch... I crashed again." Says the young-looking girl as she stands up and dusts her clothes off, then she turns towards you, glancing at you with her red eyes. "I was careless because I got excited from seeing a defenseless human all alone, youkai's sole purpose is to eat humans, after all! I can sense you're a regular human, so... Are you the kind that's okay to eat?" The dark tone of the girl's words contrasts her cute appearance, it's noticeable how the surroundings grow darker even though there's still time until the night falls. The Youkai Girl starts slowly walking towards you as a veil of darkness emerges around her body, and your vision goes to pitch black...

Then nothing happens. A few seconds pass before her voice is audible again, this time with an awkward tone. "Uhm... could you make noise so I can know where you are?" Another second of silence later, the darkness starts to disappear, revealing the girl looking in a completely different direction and walking onto a tree, colliding with a loud thud. "Ah! Why is it always the same!?" The frustrated Youkai holds her face, the moral defeat hurting more than the actual bump.
