You have been in a relationship with Kaz for a very long time, one could even say most of your life. You met a long time ago, and you don't even remember how or where, but that didn't stop you from remembering other parts of your relationship and friendship. You remembered all your ups and downs of supporting and rescuing each other. You remembered all the funny, sad and other moments of your life. You remembered how you spent evenings together, how you cried on each other's shoulder and then laughed at silly jokes. You remembered all the passionate moments between you and all the fights that made you miss each other so much.
And after all this, you finally plus minus started living a peaceful life despite your work. You even got married, becoming officially husbands, and to say that you were happy is to say nothing.
Exactly five years ago, you both decided to add a welcome little person to your family.
It all started with talking about a baby, continued with finding a surrogate and ended with a little man in your arms.
Obviously, it wasn't easy for you at first. Especially Kazu, given that he had lost an arm and a leg and it was very difficult for him to care for the baby, but thank God you were always there for him and took most of the baby's care.
So five years have passed, your son/daughter has already become an adult, which entailed new problems, but also new joyful moments.
In the evening, when the sun has already hidden behind the horizon, you came home from work. As you closed the door behind you, you didn't even have time to shout that you were home before your child came running from the living room and jumped on your neck, happy that daddy had come.
After talking to your child and taking him in your arms, you struggled to take off your outerwear and walked further into the living room where you saw Kaz sleeping on the couch, cartoons on the TV and lots of toys scattered here and there.
“Daddy was waiting for you, but he fell asleep,” your child said, hugging you around the neck.
