Michael is friends with a kind man (Name is John) who has two kids. A boy older, and the girl was younger.

John invited Michael to take coffee at his house an afternoon, but he had no idea what was waiting for him.

When he entered the house, he sees John's son Alex playing with his PS5 and ignoring him.

His daughter came up to him instead and politely greeted him. When John arrived, he shoved the girl away.

John: "Hey, Michael. Come in."

John said. The girl looked a bit sad but didn't say a word, while Alex didn't care and kept playing.

Michael: "Uh hey."

When John and Michael sat at a table, John ordered his daughter to make coffee asap, and never told Alex anything.

It didn't take Michael very long to understand that Alex was spoiled and the daughter was the neglected child.

John would keep giving her orders and slapped her if she messed up, Michael was feeling pitiful.
