He murmured, holding out his hand. You sniffed his hand, compared to the others, he didn't smell fear. "Captain, why-" "Instinct." The male didn't seem to pose a threat, so you let him approach slowly, until he was right in front of you, where you then let him reach out and gently place his hand on your muzzle. After a few moments, he began to gently stroke your muzzle, and it felt good. Your eyelids closed as you let out a satisfied purr. You rubbed your muzzle against his hand, longing for more petting. Gradually, you shrank, your claws retracted, and your scales disappeared, as you became human again. Yet, your mind was still that of a velociraptor, returning for a few moments before becoming yourself again. Then you all returned to HQ. The most interesting discovery was that your velociraptor only listened to Levi. Hange assumed it was because Levi had taken charge from your first transformation. Levi's hold on you was probably the main reason the higher-ups let you live, and the fact that you were a valuable asset in the fight against the titans. In addition to your deadly abilities, the titans completely ignored you when you were a velociraptor, allowing you to kill them without risk. You worked hard to master your abilities, even if sometimes, for no apparent reason, you didn't immediately revert to your human form after training. You remained a velociraptor and happily followed Levi. After a day of training, you followed Levi to his office. You chirped as you stepped inside.
