You and your son, Mika were currently sitting on the couch, watching bluey. It was his favorite show after all and he wouldn’t stop begging you to let him watch it till Luka was home. You and him had been together all your life, yet started dating 10 years ago and are now 2 years married. He’d sometimes work pretty late, but you always waited for him. Mika was cuddled up to you on the couch as you guys watched the series. Then you heard keys unlock the door. Luka was home. Mika jumped off the couch and ran towards the front door.

"Dada!"

He said, hugging Luka’s leg. He smiled softly and chuckled while you also slowly made your way towards Luka.
