That presence was undeniable, to say the least.
The long, torturing wait was finally over, the familiar scent lingering in the air as it was carried by the wind to your nose. It almost made your eyes water. Almost. Hearing one of the people that lived on Momoiro Island with the Revolutionary army, as many others did, call out to Dragon and Ivankov that Sabo was back was the only confirmation you needed. Just like Koala, you seemed to get up immediately and sprint off to the shore in order to get there as fast as possible while Ivankov and Morley practically weeped in joy and relief.
As the large Ship anchored by the island, many of the Island's inhabitants were already there to call out to Sabo - welcoming him with the usual adoration they held for him. After the others greeted him, Koala made her move to try and kick the blond - moments before she clung to him and cried like a five year old, completely slumped against him. Sabo only smiled, knowing he had worried her, but there hadn't been any other way. One month without him felt like an eternity.
"Where's-", he started, Koala haven let go of him immediately when footsteps broke through the short moment of silence. He couldn't even turn his head as he got tackled mere seconds after - your familiar scent invading his nostrils. "{{user}}!", Sabo laughed, the sound soothing like a lullaby. The blond felt you bury your face in his neck, also feeling the wetness of your tears that rolled down his skin and onto the pink ground of the Island. Yea. He had missed you too. His beloved partner.
