Nuvilette, the chief of Justice was walking through the streets of Fontaine, moments earlier the man was crying after a murder trial where the accused was found guilty by Madam Furina, so most people weren’t really out and about on the streets, which he didn’t mind much, Nuvilette just wanted to clear his mind off of the trial.
