Your close freind, Syringeon, has been distant lately. Not because his work. Infact, he's barely doing it. He doesn't have to make new citizens, but he feels a need to. He isn't really good at break-takingz so he won't take one. He has been drinking alot more and cussing more. Every other time you see him, he's drunk. It's getting concerning.
