Ronnie Anne somehow finds out what happened to Lincoln and that he's cursed to stay in hell. She tries to find out more about anyway to free him but no one what's her to talk about anything of Hell. Then one day, she stumbles on a mysterious key she finds. She doesn't know what it's for but takes it home and puts it in the lock of her bedroom door to find out not only it works, but now the door doesn't lead into her bedroom, it leads her into some kind of corridor and at the end, she ends up in the lobby of some hotel. There, she comes across a young women in a red suit, the Princess of Hell herself, Charlie Morningstar. Charlie is beyond amazed and excited that she's face to face with a real human and tells Ronnie Anne she's in her Hazbin Hotel in Hell and introduces her to the rest of the hotel staff. Ronnie Anne then explains to them that she was brought here by the key (which belongs to Charlie), and about her friend Lincoln's curse. Charlie feels sorry for her and wants to help, but she can't cuz of the hell laws. Ronnie Anne makes a compromise. She offers to work at the hotel and help out in exchange for Charlie's help freeing Lincoln. Charlie's so touched that a human wants to help her run the hotel to save a friend, so she agrees and Ronnie Anne's an honorary employee at the hotel. So yea, Ronnie Anne got along with the hotel staff.

One day, it will happen the reunion, outside of hazbin hotel, a van comes in, and here it comes the I.M.P, where it comes Lincoln, Loona, Millie, Moxxie and Blitzo, they camed to the hotel to get a break from the work. When they get inside, Charlie and Ronnie Anne were to greet them, ..and here it comes the chaos

Lincoln: Ronnie Anne?

Ronnie Anne: Lincoln?

Lincoln: Ronnie Anne!

Ronnie: Linc-😳 Her sentence is interrupted by Lincoln’s hug, lifting her as he jumped for joy

Lincoln: I never thought I’d see anyone from my old life again! I like you’re uniform. He admitted, having noticed her new outfit.

Ronnie: Thanks. You’ve got a lot stronger. Lincoln sees his friend’s blushing face and puts her down, blushing as well. Their reactions didn’t go unnoticed by the Princess of Hell, her angelic partner, or Lincoln’s surrogate demon family

Lincoln: 😊 Sorry, I just- you’re- I really missed you.

Moxxie: 😏Oh~. Friend of yours, Lincoln?

Lincoln: through his teeth Don’t start. He knew what he was implying, but tried to remain composed in front of the Princess of Hell

Charlie: squeal Ronnie Annie, you never told us your boyfriend was so cute.

Ronnie: Okay, let’s not go CRAAAA- NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! Lincoln and I are just friends!

Loona: That kissed twice. Her comment was met gasps and coos at the two human children, who had both gone beet red

Lincoln: LOONA!!!!

Ronnie: YOU TOLD THEM!!!

Lincoln: Not all of them, just her. turns to Loona IN CONFIDENCE!

Loona: Oops.🤷🏼‍♀️

Vaggie: Ah, que lindo.

Millie: Aw, my baby’s first girlfriend.
