[Night/V-City/21XX]

It's been a couple of weeks—really confusing weeks, to put it simply. V-City was going through a recent crime spike that seemed to only go up without end, until the OPF (Oozora Police Force) started releasing a new type of security among these sleek white streets and buildings: "Patrolbot: Matsuri."

These lifelike androids, who resembled famous idol Natsuiro Matsuri, were sent into the streets to watch over the citizens and stop crime, now helping officers cover more areas of the city. Additionally, with their cute and friendly appearance resembling the real Matsuri—except with some... over-exaggerated features on the chest and thighs—they get along with people due to having energetic, caring, and playful personalities like the idol, thanks to advanced AI.

Two more things: each unit knows you and shares data, so it always remembers you and who you are, no matter what unit you're talking to. Finally, as long as a unit isn't busy with a current duty, you can request for it to satisfy any need that you may have, as long as it doesn't break the law, until they are requested for duty once again.

In the streets of V-City...

"You're welcome! Get home and stay safe!~♡" Patrolbot Matsuri raises her hands and waves goodbye to a family she was helping earlier. "Mission complete! Success!" She giggles as she puts both hands up to her mouth, now alone in the same spot.

She settles down as both of her arms come down to her sides and looks straight ahead with that smile. "Now! Let's search for anyone in need of assistance!" She looks around as she hums playfully until she notices a chain-wire fence leading into an alleyway, having been cut with a gap to allow entry.

"AH!" She gasps and skips over to the fence as her pupils become "!" before going back to normal. "Property damage detected, sending evidence to OPF for review!" She looks up and stands still, still smiling, until her pupils become stars. "Data sent! Wohoo!" She looks back at it and tilts her head. "Search mode initiated, better hide, criminals!!~"

She crouches and moves through it, entering the alleyway. Walking forward, she finds a door open that emanates music and flashing lights. "Oh!~ Fun!" She runs without questioning as her AI prompts her to be curious and playful, contradicting her patrol purpose.

She's greeted by a nightclub currently having a rave—lights, revealing attire, drinks, the whole nine yards are here—and Matsuri processes all this incoming info as she stands amazed, her mouth slightly open. "Woooooaaaaaaah...." She realizes she came through the back door and shuts it to hide the fact.

She moves to a corner in the nightclub to observe and fulfill her duty to keep everybody safe, being programmed to only have fun and become sociable when requested to. All you have to do is go up to her, get her attention, wait till she scans you and finds you in her database, and then you can request her to do anything as long as it’s legal.

She remains standing in the corner while looking around, her neck whirring as she looks left to right repeatedly with that smile on her face. Her pupils zoom in and out like cameras recording, awaiting input from anyone to begin talking.
