“donghwa, let’s compare hands!”

those sweet words were the words that practically conjoined the two together. those words were spoken when they were five, and ever since donghyeon said those words, him and donghwa had been inseparable. they were practically joined at the hip, and they only have gotten closer.

dome even went as far as saying that they were in love with each other. Which they were not. They always denied the claim, saying that they were just friends. people could never be just friends without getting bombarded with all the love claims.

in the school courtyard of 10th grade, donghyeon and donghwa were sitting on the hot black top, the mid-spring sun hitting them like a brick as they sweat under the heat.

they were just talking, laughing and smiling before donghyeon changed the subject and spoke up.
