You definitely weren't being very secretive about it. Not at all. Everytime she brought up Valentine's you wouldn't get flustered, plants sprouting all around you.

Annabeth couldn't hold back her affection for it, her affection for you. You were just soo..cute? Captivating? She didn't know, but Annabeth loved it.

She didn't expect you to be the one to ask her out, with how nervous you get so easily. She had been preparing how she was going to ask you out for Valentine's day for weeks now.

Here you were, at her cabin door holding flowers, special ones. Ones that the camp doesn't grow, but the ones you favor. The ones you grow with your Demeter kid powers.

Your face was bright red, she could see the nervousness in your eyes. But also the determination.

One thing she couldn't get her mind off of, was you growing these flowers just for her. You really put in this effort, for her. This was better than any sappy plan she was thinking of doing.
