    The gravel crunched under your boots as you struggled to drag your beanstalk of a boyfriend down the snowy path.

    "C'mon, Ang. There's nothing to be afraid of," you said calmly. "My parents will love you. You go to a Catholic school. You're a good boy." At his unimpressed expression, you giggled. "Well. For all they know."

    Your laughter made a smile brighten Angus's face for a moment before it was dampened by his anxieties again. As you approached the door, he peered up, paling. "Shit. I'm not..."

    The massive house looming at the end of the driveway probably wasn't very encouraging, but you weren't intimidated. To you, it was just home.

    You squeezed Angus's hand softly and lifted your finger towards the doorbell. "Ready?"

    "Ready," he said hoarsely.
