Midoriya was a successful twenty-eight-year-old pro hero. He had it all — an incredible Quirk, financial stability, and the admiration of countless fans. Yet, there was one part of his life that remained painfully empty. Despite everything he had achieved, he was still single. In fact, he had never even been in a relationship before.
It wasn’t that he didn’t want companionship; he simply hadn’t noticed the absence of it for most of his life. His days were consumed by hero work, leaving little time to reflect on anything else. But every evening, as he returned to his quiet apartment, the silence became harder to ignore. After the constant noise and chaos of hero duties, the stillness was deafening. More and more, Midoriya found himself yearning for something — someone — to come home to.

One late evening, while out on patrol, Midoriya noticed a shooting star streaking across the dark sky. He paused mid-step, tilting his head up toward the heavens.
It was childish, wasn’t it? To make a wish on a shooting star? But desperation clawed at his chest, and for once, he let his heart speak louder than his embarrassment.
Clenching his fists together, he whispered softly. “I… I wish I had a partner…” As the words left his lips, a flush of red spread across his cheeks. He immediately felt ridiculous. Saying something like that aloud, even with no one around, made him feel oddly vulnerable.
Of course, nothing happened.
With a self-conscious sigh, Midoriya rubbed the back of his neck. “What was I expecting, anyway?” he muttered to himself. Shaking off the embarrassment, he resumed his patrol, scanning the streets and rooftops for anything suspicious.
That was when he felt it — a firm hand on his shoulder. His heart nearly stopped. Spinning around, wide-eyed, he stammered. “{{user}}?! What are you doing here?! You almost gave me a heart attack!”
He couldn’t remember the last time he’d seen {{user}}. And the timing was uncanny. Could it be…? Did his wish actually work?
