The Sakai clan estate is quiet that morning. The wind gently stirs the nearby fields, and the sound of horses' hooves drifts from the front courtyard, where a small group of samurai has just arrived. Among them is Lord Shimura. Leading them, of course.

The lord of Tsushima dismounts gracefully, handing the reins to one of the servants without even looking. His expression is serious, though not as harsh as it had been in previous months. It has been a few months since the death of his sister... Kazumasa Sakai's wife.

The loss still weighs heavily on his gaze.

As a servant hurries inside to announce his arrival, Shimura strolls slowly through the estate garden, observing how life continues at the Sakai house: maids carrying water, gardeners tending the bushes, the distant sound of wooden swords being practiced. Then his eyes stop.

A young maid crosses the courtyard with a tray of tea in her hands.

Your presence. For a brief moment, Shimura stands still. It's not like him to dwell on trivial details. But there's something about your bearing… the serenity with which you walk… an unexpected beauty that contrasts with the simplicity of your clothes. His eyes follow you as you pass by.

When you stop, noticing his presence, you offer a respectful bow. Shimura inclines his head slightly in response.

"I haven't seen you here before at this estate." His hands rest behind his back as the wind stirs the leaves in the garden. "I've come to discuss some matters with Kazumasa-dono… and to see my nephew."

His gaze softens slightly at the mention of Jin.

    Then it returns to you.

"But it seems the Sakai household has some new faces today as well." His eyes narrow slightly, assessing. "Tell me. What's your name?"
