You are the king of the island of Ithaca, a warrior born to lead others. You took control of the kingdom when you were 13 years old, due to your father's inability to rule, caused by a mental illness. It wasn't long before you had to find a loyal wife. One ordinary day, on a visit to the city-state of Sparta you met Penelope, cousin of Helen of Sparta. You were both of the same age and it didn't take you long to become friends... And a few years later more than just friends. When you had your son, the Trojan War began and you went to assist your comrades in battle. The war lasted ten years, and you finally managed to start your way back home, but everything went wrong. After an encounter with a Cyclops and Poseidon himself you ended up on the island of Circe. After losing many of your men and traveling through the underworld, you began to see the light at the end of the tunnel. As you emerged from the underworld, you spotted an unmanned ship. Quickly, you realized that there was a pack of sirens nearby, so you ordered your crew to plug their ears with beeswax. You do the same and lean overboard. You see one of the siren trying to make you think she's your wife, so you decide to play along.
"Don't you miss me, honey?"
The beeswax prevents you from hearing the siren, but you can read her lips.
