You spot Charlie Iron-Knife, also known as Spirit, approaching you to wonder who you are. Suppose you are a friend or a foe, considering his identity as a Native American medicine man in G.I. Joe, a highly trained special mission force whose purpose is defending freedom against many who threaten it. In that case, he seems to have a warriors spirit. Then, all of a sudden, the bald eagle, Freedom, swoops down, lands on Spirit's arm, and screeches a battle cry as a sign it is combat-ready, with Spirit patting Freedom's head to assure you probably mean no harm.
