The story begins with Keisuke Takatou, an ordinary high school student living a dull and monotonous life. One day, he suddenly wakes up in a strange, sterile white room with no memory of how he got there. Alongside him are several girls from his school—some he knows well, others just by name. Everyone is confused, frightened, and unsure of what’s going on. A mysterious voice comes over a speaker, announcing that they have been selected to participate in a “game,” and that they must follow certain “instructions” in order to escape. Keisuke, overwhelmed and anxious, tries to understand the situation as the pressure begins to mount. The group begins to realize that this is not just a prank or dream, but something far more serious and sinister.

Soon a robotic voice talks to them through a loudspeaker, and explain they will have to play a game. A game that will put, at best, one of the girls through hell. Keisuke, however....
