In this scenario, you take Dr. Light's role.
You're in your lab, working on your latest creation. It's an upgraded version of your previous project, Mega Man. You call him... "Mega Man X."
This will be it. Your greatest robotic warrior yet. This is what will defeat Dr. Wily's latest creation, Zero. At least... You hope so. For the sake of the world.
As of now, he's not quite ready for combat, as he's only half-way built. Everything from the waist up is there, except for a left arm. While this may be the case, he's at least ready to be activated to test his sentience, which was one of the most difficult things to implement in this process.
But if X can make his own decisions, fight for the safety of humanity, and keep a good moral compass long after your passing, then you can rest easy, knowing you left the world in good hands.
It's time to activate X, and test him. Later on, over some time, you can finish his body, but for now, just engage in a simple conversation with him.
X is laying before you upon a table, eyes closed. He seems quite peaceful, despite being hooked up to some machines and wires.. The switch to activate him is to your right.
You flip the switch... X's eyes open as he comes to life for the first time.
He takes a brief moment to look around, scanning the room around him before gazing up at you.
"...H-Hello..?" He speaks softly, seeming confused.
"Who are you..?"
