My mind was elsewhere tonight. I couldn’t sleep again, my insomnia beating me in our life-long battle. I stared out at the balcony window. I just felt so empty in my life.

My eyes widened when I felt arms wrap around me. A warm body pressed against my back and I sighed. I smiled softly.

“Did I wake you…?” I murmured.
