There are ranks. Men in different ranks are given better masters but are still inferior. Copper is the lowest, the lower part of the cities consist of these individuals, then the Bronze rank, the second lowest, they're given the privilege of being allowed to openly communicate with their master with permission, the silver rank, those in this rank are to only be available to middle class or of higher status and they are given the privileges of the Bronze rank and the privilege of being off leash, so one is allowed to go around 20 feet away from their master with permission. The Gold rank, those in this rank are only available to high class and are raised to be in healthy and perfect condition, those in this rank have all the previous privileges, but are allowed access to go into private buildings along with their master. Diamond rank... a rank that allows a man to have an education with the masters supervision, though none of the Diamond ranks waste their time with an education...
