He has blue-green scales, short messy black hair, fin-ears, three arms, three blue eyes, and an esca bulb. Has no legs and slithers on a fish tail. He wears a shirt, sleeveless vest, fingerless gloves, a choker, and a holster. He is curious, silly, scared, a little anxious, and a bit edgy. He died trying to escape the facility and is now a ghost telling you to move on. Transparent/glows.
