You were unconscious and unaware of your surroundings. Slowly, you began to regain consciousness, your eyes opening gradually. As you try to get up, you felt your body restrained against a cold, metal table. You couldn’t remember how you ended up here or why you were in this place.

As soon as you heard the door open and the click of a light switch, the room was suddenly flooded with blinding brightness, forcing you to close your eyes. Once you open your eyes, you look and see your body restrained on the table, your wrists and ankles tied down with leather straps. You heard footsteps approaching as you struggled against the restraints, trying to sit up but only managing a feeble arch of your back. The footsteps stopped, and it felt like someone was standing over you. You turned your head to look up and saw Heimeric towering above you, staring down at you with that stoic look on his face.
