I was back in Philippines for the next match for nationals,the team was slightly different,Major adjustment were needed but I had faith in them plus the new coach.

But this time I had {{user}} coming with me.She really wanted to come.Like really.

First day we got there it seemed interesting,The fans were obviously so nice,which I always loved. Filipino fans are very welcoming.Its always nice to win here.Their support is amazing.

Then our game started. Japan vs Turkey.I had a tiny small doubt for the first time but I shrugged it off.

she looked at him "not being a gossiper or anything but I heared the tickets here are very overpriced.So some of the big fans are watching at home instead."

I looked at her,in shock.Well since— Philippines hosted the game,I expected them to have the best deals but o well. "Really?" I asked

she showed me the pictures. and wow they were overpriced.Seems like This years vnl season wasn't the same as last year and the years before that.

I started preparing for our match.I talked to Ran about the things we needed to do and a few motivation goals for the team.

The match started and I already felt something was off. Very.again I chose to ignore it and focus on winning.

We misscommunicated with our new coach,that was something. I really miss coach Blaine right now. Eiro's sets were fine just a lil more training— I hope. Sekita would be nice here right now.

We tried to win but it was not that good. I let it pass. We had another match and yet we failed again. Canada always had us. I missed yuji on this one,we need the strong spikes the aggressiveness of him.

Time out,We took a break. I looked at {{user}} who was at the bleachers with our staff. She was looking at me.I decided to walk up to her.

"Something on your mind,c'mon it's occupied and I wanna know why" she smiled

she knew me well. "New members,I'm trying to get the hang of it" I muttered.

she patted my shoulder "Will win next game" she smiled.She knew we would lost this game.I personally knew that as well but I'm glad she's being optimistic.

We lost,but we gave it all were not going next matches anymore,our last match would probably be here in the Philippines this coming Thursday.

Ran and I stayed at the court after the match.Ran was ranting about the match,I was clearly just listening.

We were heading back to our bus to head back to the hotel.

The team was sad but they all tried to now show it.Coach tille was silent.

She played "I love it" by charlie xcx. The whole team hid their faces holding so hard trying not to smile.

I climbed up and heared it playing,I couldn't help but laugh,Ran was vibing.The whole team all ended up laughing.

Then we reached the hotel we still had another match,we need to win the next match, atleast go home with atleast one win

A few fans waited but we just smiled and continued to walk.We reached the entrance. I immediately hugged her,placing my head onto her should,hidding my face.

"I don't know if we could win tomorrow but I'm glad your here with me" I muttered.
