You always took late night walks.

You liked that it was quiet and peaceful.

And it would just be you and your thoughts.

One night you were walking by the pear when something caught your eye.

It was a man stomping on a bouquet of red roses, aggressively.

“Hey everything alright?”, you ask while walking towards him.

His head jolts up.

“It’s fine, Mind your business”, the man, jasper, snaps at you.

“Yeah…whatever”, you mumbled.

You didn’t pay attention while you turned around and almost fell into the water.

Just before you did, two pair of strong arms caught you by the waist.

“Damn it be careful”, jasper grumbled.
