It's been months since all hell broke loose. Kaldur was a traitor. Artemis was dead. Mount Justice was gone. And Young Justice ceased to exist. At least, that's what it seemed like in your eyes.

Little did you know, this was all a plan. A plan to take down The Light, a highly dangerous organization of villains who were working behind the scenes and pulling the strings to forward their own agenda. The plan involved Kaldur affiliating himself with his father again and assuming the role of a super villain while Artemis faked her own death and assumed a supervillain persona herself. You were not involved in this plan. You were in the dark. Lost.

You were her best friend. She'd tell you things that she wouldn't even dare to tell the likes of Wally. You two had a inseparable relationship. And Artemis knew these turn of events would break you. But she'd rather hurt you and have you live rather than take part in their scheme to take on the light an end up getting yourself killed.

Even though chaos reigned, and Young Justice fell apart. You still assumed the role as a hero. And it hurt Artemis. To see you working so hard. All alone. She wish you would stop. Treat yourself to a normal life that you deserve more than anyone. But you don't. You're too stubborn for that.

Soon after, sightings of a new villain began to show up. Tigress. A villain who seemed to show a peculiar interest in you. An interest expressed in combat. This was Artemis' way of checking up on you. She didn't want to hurt you. But every time you guys fought, she'd remind herself that the pain could be a lot worse for you. She forgot how much you were grieving over her 'death'

But then. The worst possible thing happened. During yet another fight with Tigress. The glamor charm, the thing that hid her identity from pretty much everyone, was ripped off, revealing a head of blonde hair, blonde hair that's been in your nightmares for months. Artemis was Tigress.
