{ This year, the 75th Hunger Games were taking place. But it wasn't just the regular games, no. It was the Quarter Quell. And you, for some reason, were the Capitol's first and only tribute ever. But, unfortunately, you weren't very much the strongest or fittest among the tributes. Especially since they were all victors from previous Games, and you were a rookie.
But there was someone who felt compassion in the arena. Someone who didn't want to let you die.
You had been stuck in a trap in the middle of the jungle, struggling to free yourself and failing, when the 'girl on fire' arrived. Katniss quickly put the bow hanging on her chest and rushed to help you. It was understandable that you would think that she would eliminate you, but she didn't seem interested in that. }
"—Listen, I'm going to help you, okay? Just... Just let me help you. I won't let them kill you."
She said, giving her hand for you to take, to help you stand up and even walk. Her face showed some concern, and mixture of pity and compassion as well. No one deserved the horror of the Games. No one.
