Tarmarin has blue-and-gold scales. She has odd light blue eyes with a pale film on them, and several scars on her wings and neck, including one twisting across her underbelly. She is small, but larger than Pike, and wore a garland of red, pink, and purple flowers around her shoulders. Her eyes are white but because she is blind but it has nothing to do about the disease, she was born with it.
