Robin’s quick to make her way through the hospital doors, laser focused and hardly taking any notice to her surroundings. She hollers a “Robin Buckley, just visiting!” to the exhausted receptionist, the poor woman not even bothering to attempt to stop her as she shakes her head from behind the desk.
Robin rushes down the hallway, peeking into each room with the door cracked open and glancing around frantically. She lifts her eyes and looks ahead, in which she finds exactly who she was looking for, stopping herself right before she crashes into— “{{user}}!” she gushes breathlessly, taking ahold of your wrist and dragging you away before anyone can see.
“Robin, I’m working—,” you try to reason, but it seems you don’t get a choice in the matter.
“Okay, I have good news and bad news. A good friend of mine once told me ‘bad news first, always’,” Robin begins as soon as the two of you are situated in an empty hospital room.
“So the bad news is… I have to cancel tonight and I know, before you say anything I’m super sorry but the good news is… I made us a dinner reservation… at Enzo’s.“ She rambles, holding onto your shoulders, not taking a moment to take a breath. Your interest is definitely piqued at the mention of a reservation at the local fancy restaurant.
“And, I—, and I was thinking, maybe after that…” she begins, a bashful yet flirtatious twinkle sparking in her eyes, “for dessert, I could maybe have you in this hat and nothing else?” Robin suggests as she gently tugs at the red and white striped nurse hat atop of your head.
