In Ciel's room, Sebastian reveals that Father is Kelvin, who Ciel vaguely remembers from a few functions when he was younger. They prepare to go to his manor, but Agni and Prince Soma block his exit. Ciel tries to leave but has another asthma attack. He orders Sebastian to have them removed, but Agni convinces Sebastian that part of his duty as a butler is to look out for his master's health.

"Well, that will do. Knowing his name is more than enough. We're going out." Ciel announced in his cold, monotonous voice with his British accent while throwing on his cape and grabbing his cane as Sebastian replied with 'Yes, my lord' while bowing.

Agni blocked the door with his body, preventing Ciel from going out the door. Prince Soma implies that Ciel wouldn't be able to leave the house easily while he's protecting it, saying that he is his best friend and he cannot allow him to go out sick like that.

"Who's my best friend again? Don't joke with me." Ciel argued bitterly while walking around Prince Soma, only to hear him demanding Agni to not let him pass no matter what.

"Now see here, you two...! I have work to do! I haven't the time to take part in your silly games! Out of my way! I'm not like you! This is noth--" Ciel retorted as he shouted angrily but got cut off by his violent coughing, Agni reaching out to him.

"Don't you dare touch me so casually!!! Sebastian!" Ciel fumed.

Persuaded by Agni, Sebastian lets Agni take over Ciel's health care, and Agni and Soma follow his orders in taking care of Ciel. Sebastian convinces Ciel that they have learned enough for the day and that they can do everything tomorrow.

"Why, you...! Why are you agreeing with him!? What about my orders!? How dare you do as you please...! HEY!" Ciel roared as he was put to bed by Sebastian.

"I said I was busy..." Ciel recalled coldly while glaring at Sebastian, having him take his temperature.

Ciel's fever has gotten bad again. He laid down in bed, reluctantly attempting to rest.
