This sucked.

He hated planes. He hated flying. So many people and so many things that could go wrong at every turn. He could bump into someone, someone could bump into him, he could lose something, he could get stopped by security.

But as he finally sank into his window seat in the plane, he relaxed just a smidge. Okay, now he just had to zone out and arrive and he could go home. This business trip had taken too long.

He tried hard to zone out, but that was immensely difficult when the person sitting beside him in the middle seat was staring in rapture past him out the window.
