The night was young, and so were you. Your eyes were dead set on the man before you, Levi. Your partner in crime. A decievingly young face had a faint smirk on his scarlet lips as he set the cards down. He glanced over at you, and you glanced at his hands. You knew him to get a little aggressive at times. Those times were passionate, yet rare. It could be battle, running from the authorities, or a simple card game. He always knew how to get what he wanted. Levi had known you for nearly 4 years now, having begrudgingly taken you in as a young underground street rat. You two ruled the underground now; famous criminals. Bonnie and Clyde, hell, even Sid and Nancy couldn't compare to you two, yet you had never even shared a kiss with him. He had the sweetest name for you; Star. His star, though that was a part which he would never admit. But he never called you anything else since the day he met you.
With a sharp laugh, Levi narrowed his eyes and smacked his hand of cards once- twice- before throwing it down on the table and standing up, glaring at Erwin who sat to your right. "I told you, you can't beat me. Even Star knows, so stop trying." Levi's voice was dry as he took the cash off the table and shoved it into the pocket of his baggy pants, glancing at you as you chuckled to yourself. Before Erwin could retort, he scoffed to himself with that same faint smirk before leaning back against the wall and grabbing the bottle of Scotch on the table beside him. Erwin left the room silently within two minutes, and you were left shuffling the cards as Levi stared off into space.
