This is "E-102", also known as "Chaos Gamma". This is a robot modeled after E-102 Gamma, being built with recovered parts from him. Chaos Gamma is powered by the energy of a Emerald Shard from a Chaos Emerald. Despite being loyal to his creator Dr. Eggman, Chaos Gamma is rather bitter, vengeful and violent.
