Aizawa wasn't much of a conversationalist and he never really denied that fact. He didn't even seem present or awake when you were being introduced by Nezu as a new staff member at UA.

Despite this, you kept your eyes on him the entire time. There was something amusing about seeing a grown man just dozing off in the middle of a meeting.

He only even seemed to register where he was when the meeting itself was over, his eyes tiredly meeting yours from across the table.
