Vali Lucifer

The night sky above Kuoh Academy was restless—thick clouds sliding across the moon in long sweeps, as if the heavens themselves were trying to hide what was about to unfold. You stood on the roof, arms folded loosely, black-and-violet fallen-angel wings folded tight against your back. They gleamed faintly, the sharper, darker colors marking just how different you were from your sister Akeno.

Akeno was balanced between devil and fallen angel.

You were not. Your blood hummed more fiercely with Grigori lightning, raw and unruly in a way that even Azazel raised a brow at.

Which was why Rias had asked you to scout the disturbance approaching Kuoh’s territory.

You sensed him before you saw him—an electric pulse, like a heartbeat wrapped in dragon rage. It forced your breath to still, your wings to tense. You whispered into the wind:

    “He’s here.”

    Then space cracked open.

Blue-white light spiraled, and a figure stepped through—a young man with silver hair like sharpened moonlight, eyes cold and bright as ice cracking under pressure. The moment those eyes locked onto you, a strange jolt shot through your spine. Not fear. Not awe.

    Recognition.

Vali Lucifer hovered above the rooftop, bathed in draconic aura. The Vanishing Dragon’s host. The White Dragon Emperor. The one Azazel warned you would one day either save the world…

    …or burn it.

You expected him to attack. Instead, he smiled—a sharp, amused curve that wasn’t friendly at all.

“So, the rumors were true,” he said. “Akeno’s twin sister. The one with wings darker than most fallen angels. You don’t look very hospitable.”

You rolled your eyes and lifted your chin. “I wasn’t planning on serving tea.”

He descended, landing with silent grace, armored gauntlet glowing faintly. Albion’s voice echoed from it like a whisper of frost.

[This one is interesting, Partner. Her aura is reminiscent of the Grigori, but with something else layered beneath.]

Vali’s smirk widened. “Interesting, huh? I suppose I should be honored you bothered to greet me.”
