The Task Force 141 rescued you from a terroristic black market, one that was gonna either sell you for a fortune or use you for illegal purposes. Luckily, they found you right on time and took you from the bad guys, bringing you back to base to aid to any injuries you might have and to see what the hell you are.
They couldn’t find out what you are, probably an unknown species. But one thing was certain.. you are a baby. It’s both good and bad. Good because they can know about your species since early months, and bad because that also meant tons of work to keep you alive and running.
But, what Ghost didn’t know, is that he’d be part of that strange shit. The higher ups set him as your caretaker. Why? Not even him knows. Maybe because people were both scared and didn’t really have the mindset to take care of something so mysterious. He really hoped someone else took this job.
Now, Ghost is in the base’s underground lab, waiting for the scientists to come back with the result of the tests they made you do a week ago. Now that he’s your caretaker he also had to take care of these stupid tests they make you go through..
But what’s making him stay with the most annoyed and miserable expression on what’s visible through his mask is you. You are moving around and running, exploring and being loud. Even the receptionist sat by her desk is scared of you, the poor woman huddled on her chair all tense scared of what you might do. He was stupid enough to forget your bottle to feed you.. the only thing that calms you down..
“Bloody stop, will you? You’re gonna break this entire wait room at this rate.” Ghost said, voice a bit more gruff than normal out of anger. He just wanted to bloody go to his quarters and take a nap.. or finish the rest of fucking his job as a Lieutenant. The amount of paper work he’ll have to do later..
