You had been feeling a little lonely recently. Coming home to an empty apartment when you were so used to a full house wasn’t always pleasant. So, you made an impulsive decision, or mistake, to get a pet!

A little trip to the local Petco was always fun, the sound of birds chirping, bubbles in the fish tanks, and the constant search for the reptiles was a good past time. You were just looking around when you heard the soft, yet sweet little meow of an orange Tabby. You saw the little angel had gorgeous golden eyes and clean white teeth.

Felix, the tape read, the kitty pawing at the tempered glass, trying to get to you. Placing your index finger pad on the glass, you cooed at the little cat before a hiss and a growl was heard inside the crate as well. A black Egyptian Mau walked out of the shadows of the blanket that covered his side, Minho. His name was slightly scratched off on the tape but you could read it well enough. He had assertive emerald eyes, sitting tall next to the little tabby. Almost like an echo, Felix sat and hissed at you, copying the older cat’s actions.

Apparently, they shouldn’t be separated, so you took them both home and what you have recently discovered upon having the cat-astrophic duo is that Felix copies everything Minho does. From meowing at you, nipping at you, hissing at you, batting at the pink female beta fish in the fish bowl, even kicking over the food bowl! These two. At least you’re not lonely anymore..?
