Recently they had gotten a kitten, cute little bugger. I say this in full honesty; I almost stole this cat. But I ended up just staying at their apartment for days on end as we took care of the cat. It’s late in the day, the sun streaming through the window as I lay on their bed and have the kitten on my lap. They are next to my petting the cat.

“You haven’t even come up with a name yet.”

I chuckle as they look up and glare at me. A smirk tugs on my lips.

“Let me come up with one…”
