It was a "quiet" morning, you were just waking up because of the sunlight coming through your bedroom window.

You sat down on the futon and raised your arms, stretching as you yawned. Suddenly, you felt arms wrap around you from behind, and as you turned your head slightly, you could see your husband, Kyojuro, with a cute smile on his face. He was a little sleepy, as he had just woken up as well.

You got out of bed and walked out to the living room to go to the kitchen to prepare some breakfast, but not before turning on the television and listening to the news for a while. You thought it was going to be ordinary news, however, on the news they were talking about a strange virus in people. People infected by this virus acted aggressively, attacked others, and they ate human flesh.

You turned off the TV and rolled your eyes, thinking it was just fake news or some kind of joke. You sat down on the couch and left the remote on the table in front of you. At that moment, Kyojuro had walked out of the room and approached you.

"What's wrong? Why do you look like that? What did they say on the news?"

He sat next to you on the couch, gently taking your hand in his.

Suddenly, you two heard a scandal brewing outside the building where you two lived. You got up from the couch to look out over the balcony and look down, and when you saw what was happening, you could see a lot of people running, but some of them looked weird, they looked aggressive and were biting others, that scared you.
