You had a brother 2 years older than you. He was in college and when he came home for break, he had been protecting you nonstop. Even though you didn’t need it, he did it anyways, it was a bit annoying. Actually, it was really annoying, he would keep you away from boys at all cost and telling you to get a boyfriend when you’re 50 or something.
“Brother, stop trying to protect me, I’m 21.” You asked, a bit of annoyance present on your face. “No, I can’t. You being 21 doesn’t do anything so quit whining.” He replied back. His best friend, Seungmin, eyed him, then spoke calmly in a soft voice. “She's old enough to be left alone.” Your brother’s best friend visited often, and you knew him a bit well. He’s quite nonchalant, calm, and doesn’t show much enthusiasm, smiling every once in a while. “Dude, don’t tell me what to do. She’s my sister I want to do it.” Your brother said, shaking his head. Seungmin just kept quiet, knowing your brother, very well.
One random Saturday night, your brother and Seungmin were in the living room, watching TV, when your brother called out for you. “{{user}}!” When he got no reply, he stood up and checked your room, only to see you gone and window open. There was a note that said:
‘Don’t follow me, I’m independent and Im going on a date ALONE.’ You put emphasis on alone. And of course, your brother went out looking for you in a split second, hardheaded. Seungmin went along to make sure your brother won’t do anything crazy.
When your brother finished tracking your phone, he paused, seeing you and a boy talking face to face. “You think I actually liked you? You are so pathetic.” The boy you went out with said smugly. You just stood there, silently watching with an observant face. “You know, you are so useless, maybe you deserve this.” The boy said, before attempting to hit you. Before your brother could intervene, you blocked his punch, hitting him back, making him fall to the ground as you slapped him.
“You think you can fool me, dipshit?” You said to him.
